I don't know why but Ethan likes to crawl down until his head is under the blankets. It makes mom panic.

Ethan loves to watch and talk to his birds. He is always trying to find them. I know when he wakes up in the morning because he is talking to them.

Ethan's very first "solid food" At 5 months ethan was ready for some "real food". He wanted more and faster mom!

Ethan fell asleep in his swing as we were loading stuff up into the truck for our move. This is after hours of crying for mom to "please hold me".

This is our new house.

Grandma and Ethan in his new Nauvoo hat. Always a happy baby. Can you believe how big he has gotten?

This is my beautiful tomato. The only one that grew on any of my three plants. Turns out tomatos like more water, more sunshine and to be planted in anything but clay.

This is an Ohio rain storm, if you look closely you can see the puddle of water from the waterfall off the roof. This is like 2 minutes after the rain started to fall.

Ethan's bedroom! He loves his crib and having his own space that he knows means sleep.

Olivia's blog

I have no idea about any of these pictures as they were taken after we left Alaska. Our camera was left and Olivia had it for a couple days before they realized what had happened to it. So for details ask Olivia.

And we are off to Alaska!

Some of our only pictures of Denali. It is so tall. The mountains in Alaska look so tall because the are incredibly steep they start at the bottom and go almost straight up.


Look closely for the Eagles on the ridge. Can you see the Eaglets?

A beautiful \Alaskan flower, seen while on a hike during lunch on our kyaking trip. You can't really tell, but this is looking down a cliff, about 30 ft. The tree was cool growing on the edge, and the water was pretty.

Unfortunately it was overcast most of the day, so we didn't see much of the glaciers on our tour, but it was still great. You cant tell, but the second picture is of a harbor seal, which was fun to watch. He may have just dipped under in my only picture of him.

The longest tunnel in North America. It was kind of creepy. It is a one lane hole through a mountain. Hope no trains are coming.

I guess I always thought glaciers were just snow that didn't melt all year, I never realized it was blue!

The glacier peice out in the water was large enough to park an RV in.
