Park and the Drive-in

At the Drive-In movie with the Farley's and Gurney's. We saw Shrek the Final Chapter and Iron Man 2. The kids loved it and we all had such fun.
We went early to get good seats. The kids ran around the grass and played while the dults visited.

Daddy and Ethan thought picking the statues nose was super funny.
We went to the park with the Steven's, and the Farley's.
Ethan and Austin were helping Daddy and Mark build Mark's corn hole sets.
Such a cute Handy Manny!
Pouting because Mommy wanted to take pictures and he wanted to help saw holes.
Too funny! He got this outfit out himself and put it on.

The boys first trip to the dentist and the zoo reward after

Ethan was getting X-rays, but he was terrified and wouldn't put the film in his mouth. Austin was crying because he wanted a turn. The hygienist had never done X-rays of a 1 year old, but was willing to try.
After Austin then Ethan tried again and she got 2 of the 4 done before he started gagging and I warned her he would throw up so they called it good and let him go.
Austin so proud of his turn and being a big boy.
Listening intently to her instructions. He is such a grown up 1 year old.
Waiting for their teeth cleaning.
Austin was the best patient ever. The hygienist was amazed. He is the first one year old to have his teeth cleaned with their dental cleaner and not just a toothbrush. He loved it. Austin was scared to sit in the chair when they leaned it back and raised it. He is terrified of heights and was very uncomfortable with the height of the chair.
Dentist checking out Ethan's teeth.
Trying to escape before he has to sit still again.
All clear! Perfect check ups and no cavities.
I promised the kids a trip to the zoo if they were good at the dentist, which of course they were so...
We got a new baby gorilla and it is being raised 24/7 until one of the gorilla "families" adopts her. We took pictures because that poor worker looked so bored. I bet that is such a weird feeling to have people stare at you and not interact with them at all.
It was super tiny and really cute.
They always want their picture here.

Playing at the park and other random June fun.

Ethan, Chandler and Austin at the zoo. This is the only picture I got before the camera battery died. We are checking out the new Polar Bear exhibit.
Austin got a new bed and it matches his brothers! He LOVES it and they are so super cute in their beds.
Ethan was playing at the park without his shoes and got a large piece of wood chip stuck in his toe.
It was pretty deep and kept braking off every time we got a hold of it. Ethan cried for days until we finally gave him some Tylenol and cut it out. Thanks Dr. Daddy!
His sad, happy it is out face.
My scary pirates.
Jeff is such a great Dad! The kids love to treasure hunt with Daddy and the treasure map.
Nice "ARRG" Ethan!
We got a special treat, Subway! Tummy! Thanks for taking us to the park Daddy!
Doritos are awesome!
Austin was not about to cross the bridge, he could see the ground underneath and is terrified of heights.
He would follow Jeff's hands and finally made it across.
What a sweetie.
Nice climbing Ethan!
The boys love to see who can swing higher, also a nice belly shot of baby boy #3!
A look Ethan often gives us that I just always wanted to remember.
Loving playing at the park on a beautiful June day!
Four wheeling
Mommy is sinking the alligator, embarrassing.

Ethan is not afraid of heights!
Austin is scared to cross the bridge, even with us on the other side.
I might be stuck! Actually it was just the most comfortable seat around.

Welcome to residency family picnic.

The hospital had a picnic the first week of residency to meet the new residents and some of the attendings. There were burgers, hot dogs, drinks and desserts.
The bug theme was super cute.
Cheese!
Austin would crawl down the stairs, get some wood chips, and then crawl back up and put the wood chip down the hole.
Blasting off to space.
Jeff was trying to coax a very weary Austin across a bridge. Austin is deathly afraid of heights and would not even go up to play without Jeff.
Ethan, however, is not afraid of anything! He climbed up this crazy half ladder thing, passing children twice his age as he went.
This is what Austin likes to do at the park. Play on the toys near the ground. Ethan wanted his picture too!
Backwards sunglasses are super cool, just ask my Daddy! He is so proud of himself.
