Getting ready for the surgeries!
He had no idea what was going on.
He had some idea...and was not impressed.

Ethan became very afraid, so Mommy dressed up in a bunny suit and walked with him into the OR and waited with him until he was asleep.
Feeling a little better if Mommy will come too! Goodbye was too hard to say.

Austin's room overnight. Daddy stayed with Austin all night while Mommy went home with Ethan and Jace. Then Mommy came really early in the morning so that Daddy could go to work.
Ethan post surgery, it didnt go well.
Turns out Ethan is a post-anesthesia vomiter... good to know!
Austin was horrified by the whole in his hand.
If you asked him what hurt, he would show you his hand.
Being discharged, yay for going home!
Home at last!
Jason was the only one who would take grandma up on her Popsicle offer.
Playing with their new toys from the hospital. The hospital had a great pre-op room that had hundreds of toys that the children could pick out for free and take home. The boys thought it was the coolest thing in the world!

Laura--so fun to see you blog too! I am a much better blogger than facebooker as well! When was this surgery? I hope not recently--I would feel so bad that I didn't help out! We need to get together soon--seriously! There are too many exclamation points in this comment!
